Vasilis Krystallakis

Vasilis Krystallakis is the Head of EDD Operations at Wise, where they leverage over 5 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and scaling operations. They have led large teams of over 100 financial crime investigators across multiple time zones in an international FinTech firm and played a key role in developing compliance products and enhancing operational processes. Vasilis began their leadership journey as president of their high school student council and has continuously driven positive change throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and studied International Business Administration at Estonian Business School.
