CLARK Chen

Clark Chen has a work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Clark started their career as a Financial Planner at China Securities Co., Ltd. in 2008, where they managed a portfolio of approximately 70 High Net Worth customers. In 2012, they joined Xiangcai Sec. as a Financial Account Manager. Clark then worked as a Financial Consultant at AIA for a brief period in 2015.

In the same year, Clark transitioned into the field of Human Resources and held the position of HR & Admin Executive at IDEA Management Services Limited. During this time, they built relationships with clients, gathered their requirements, and provided recruitment support. Clark subsequently moved on to PENCO CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in 2019, serving as an HR Executive. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Currently, Clark is employed as a Human Resources Executive at Wiseasy, where they started in November 2021.

Clark Chen attended the Macau University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2008. Clark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on International Business.
