Hue Luong

Hue Luong has extensive experience in marketing and customer service, currently serving as a Social Media Marketing professional at WISeKey SA since May 2013, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining social media profiles on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Prior to this, Hue held the position of Senior Customer Service Officer at UDICLAND from November 2011 to April 2013, focusing on planning customer service activities and managing customer complaints. Hue's career began as a Customer Service Supervisor at SONY SERVICE CENTRE from January 2008 to September 2011, overseeing customer service operations and reporting to the Director. Hue holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Nantes Université and a Bachelor's degree in English and Chinese from the University of Languages and International Studies, completed between 2010 and 2012.
