Robert Hoffman is a seasoned US CPA and Senior Accounting & M&A Advisor currently serving as the Technical Accounting Lead at WISeKey, where they support US GAAP consolidation and SEC reporting for publicly listed entities. With over a decade of advisory and consulting experience, including key roles at PwC, EY, and FTI Consulting, Robert has guided multinational clients through complex financial transformations and IPOs. They also provide freelance advisory support to startups through Wytetail, assisting them in establishing scalable finance functions and achieving US GAAP readiness. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Trinity University.
