Andy Kerfonta

Andy Kerfonta has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Andy started their career as an intern at Duke Energy Corporation in 2008. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a graduate student at WCU. In 2013, Andy co-founded Transdata Solutions, Inc., where they served as the Chief Product Officer and played a key role in designing and developing their commercial product, Transdata. Andy was also involved in creating a registration, tracking, and update system using Python and Flask. During their time at Transdata Solutions, Andy assisted the sales and marketing team with product demonstrations, customer training, and support. In 2019, they joined WISER Systems, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer.

Andy Kerfonta completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering (EE) from NC State University. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree at WCU from 2011 to 2013. The field of study for their MS degree was not specified.
