Amelia Birch has held multiple roles in their work experience. Amelia began their career at Dartmouth Partners as a Consultant in August 2015 and remained in this position until October 2018. In June 2020, they transitioned to Wiser as an Early Talent Lead, and later in June 2020 became the Head of Early Talent. Amelia held this role until April 2022 when they became the Early Talent Director. In April 2023, they were promoted to the position of Early Talent Managing Director at Wiser.
Amelia Birch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Durham University, where they attended from 2011 to 2014.
