Kitty Peel is currently an Employer Brand & People Consultant at Wiser, where they focus on reshaping perspectives on work through strategic consulting for notable clients including Sky, Nike, and Starbucks. Previously, Kitty held various roles at Wiser, including Senior Client Strategist and Candidate Experience Associate. They gained experience as a Client Team Intern at WPP during the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2018 and worked as a Social Media and Marketing Assistant at JCL Insurance. Kitty completed their education at the University of Exeter, earning a 2.1 degree from 2017 to 2020.
