Art Koval

Art Koval has a diverse work experience across various companies. In 2007, they worked at Arvato services Estonia OÜ as part of the technical support team for Microsoft XBOX 360, where they provided customer service, analyzed and documented issues, resolved issues by phone or email, and escalated issues following approved procedures. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an Information Technology Project Manager at Nuattitude OÜ. At KASSIR.RU, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant. In 2009, they started working at Piletilevi Group, where they held various roles, including IT Development Manager from 2012 to 2018 and Marketing Assistant from 2009 to 2012. Art then joined IPF Digital as a Delivery Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, since 2019, Art Koval is employed at Wisercat as a Business Development Manager, and previously, they held the position of Information Technology Project Manager since 2019 as well. Prior to all this, they worked as a Freelancer and provided Information Technology consulting services starting from 2018.

Art Koval has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in International Business from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Portland State University, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Art Koval has obtained several certifications, including Initiating and Planning Projects from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education on Coursera in November 2020, A Crash Course in Data Science from The Johns Hopkins University in October 2020, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in July 2018, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team from LinkedIn in June 2018, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories from LinkedIn in June 2018, and Product Management First Steps from LinkedIn in June 2018.
