Roope Hakulinen

Roope Hakulinen has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Roope is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at WiseWorks since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Vyne from April 2022 to March 2023, where they played a key role in building the next generation integration platform. At The Institute of Clever Stuff, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer from October 2019 to May 2022, they were responsible for team building, product portfolio development, and consulting activities. Roope also worked as a Solutions Architect at Vyne from January 2019 to October 2019. Roope gained valuable experience at Gofore, a leading software project company in Finland, working in various roles such as Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Surveypal as a Software Engineer, where they developed a cross-platform mobile app and worked on the frontend development of the platform. Roope started their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Navaro 245 Oy and later worked as a Software Engineer & IT Administrator at Pegasor Oy while studying.

Roope Hakulinen has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, which they obtained between the years 1965 and 2018. Roope also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution during the same time period. Prior to their university education, Roope completed the Finnish Matriculation Examination at Tampereen normaalikoulun lukio. In addition to their academic achievements, Roope has obtained certifications such as the Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in November 2017 and the Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2017.
