Veronica Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and operations management, particularly in risk, payments, and merchant success. Currently serving as Director of Product and Operations at Wish since September 2022, Veronica previously spent over two decades at eBay, where roles included Director of Engineering for Seller Onboarding and leading various initiatives in payments compliance and seller risk management. With a strong background in building and scaling high-performing teams and expertise in large-scale distributed systems, Veronica holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
