Jason Hardiman

Jason Hardiman is currently the Group Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Rimini Street, where they lead the intellectual property and new products legal team. They have a robust background in patent and trademark prosecution, commercial litigation, and software licensing, having held positions at various law firms and companies, including Abelman, Frayne & Schwab and Intuit. Jason also served as General Counsel for Sorceron, Inc., where they navigated significant corporate governance matters and managed litigation recognized by The National Law Journal. They hold a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S.E. in Engineering Science from the University of Michigan.
