Matt Horlor

Matt Horlor is an experienced aerospace professional with a robust background in flight testing and aircraft integration. Currently serving as the Director of Aircraft Integration at Wisk, Matt leads the Electric Propulsion Design and Certification, as well as certification flight test planning for novel EVTOL aircraft. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, where Matt oversaw multiple engineering teams for the M90 and M100 SpaceJet programs, and Flight Test Specialist at Spencer Ogden, providing expertise for major business jets. Matt's career also includes significant positions at Bombardier Aerospace and Rolls-Royce, where contributions involved leading flight test engineering for the C-Series aircraft and achieving fuel cost reductions for the Royal Australian Air Force. Matt holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University.
