Steve Alwin

Steve Alwin is a seasoned professional in the avionics industry with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Senior Director at Wisk since September 2022. Alwin holds a position as a Board Member on the Campus Advisory Board and as an Advisory Board Member for the Industry Advisory Board in the Department of Computer, Electrical and Software Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since September 2016. Prior to Wisk, Alwin was President of ACSS from September 2020 to September 2022, where strong margins were maintained during the COVID-related downturn. Previous roles include VP Sector Engineering at L3Harris Commercial Aviation and various leadership positions within ACSS and Goodrich, emphasizing avionics systems development and engineering management. Alwin's academic background includes multiple degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota and The Wharton School.
