I help growing businesses strengthen their accounting operations and gain clarity in their financial data. Through Wisner Accounting & Consulting, I provide outsourced accounting leadership and strategic financial consulting that supports long‑term organizational health.

With experience across construction, solar, real estate, and organizational finance, I bring cross‑industry expertise to companies navigating modern accounting and complex operational challenges. My work centers on financial operations consulting, including process optimization, results review, and guiding internal teams to operate with accuracy and efficiency.

I also provide fractional strategic support, setting financial vision while coaching teams to execute confidently and maintain clean, reliable data. I build operational clarity by designing reporting frameworks and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions and give teams the structure they need to sustain clean data long‑term.

Additional capabilities include:

Compliance & assurance guidance, internal control strengthening, and audit readiness support

KPI interpretation, forecasting, and strategic scenario planning to help leaders pressure‑test plans and pivot effectively

Monthly close reviews and leadership briefings to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for better decision‑making

Specialized reporting, including WIP schedules, cash flow, and project reporting frameworks your team can maintain independently

Rooted in construction, real estate, and public accounting, I bring broad industry experience and a people‑first, collaborative approach to every engagement—making complex finance clear, accessible, and actionable for the teams I support.
