Mark Wills is an accomplished communications and legislative professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Notably, Mark served as Editor-in-Chief at Clutch.co, managing a team of editors in technology and professional services. As Chief Legislative Analyst at NumbersUSA and Director of Research and Client Relations at StateScape, Mark honed expertise in legislative research and client interactions. Mark has also held key leadership roles, including President and Treasurer at Talk For Change Toastmasters, and has significantly contributed to grassroots initiatives at ASHRAE. With a background in administration and communications management across several organizations, including the National Association of Social Workers and Public Affairs Council, Mark has a solid foundation in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
