Todd Harpest

Todd Harpest, MBA, is currently the Government Affairs Director and Business Intelligence Analyst at Wisper Internet, focusing on initiatives to bridge the digital divide. As a co-founder of MetaLINK Technologies, Inc., Todd served in various roles over 26 years, including External Affairs & Regulatory Director, contributing significantly to the Midwest's fixed wireless service sector. Todd has also been actively involved with the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (WISPA), holding positions such as Chairperson of the Board and Treasurer. With over 36 years of experience in IT and business management, Todd earned an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BSAS from Miami University.
