Elsa Lin

Elsa Lin is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at 緯創資通 since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing a server project with multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing RFQ bidding processes. Prior roles include SR. Project Manager at Phihong, successfully managing charger, adapter, and LED driver projects, as well as R&D Mechanical Product Design at Quanta Computer Inc., collaborating with APPLE on multiple MacBook projects. Additional experience includes leading a local engineering team at AUO to significantly improve production yield rates and serving as a Process & Equipment Engineer at Chunghwa Picture Tubes, where process verification and cost reduction initiatives were key achievements.
