Eric Yao is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project leadership and software engineering. Since June 2013, Eric has served as a PM Leader and Program Manager at Wistron, where responsibilities include engaging with clients for design assessments and managing R&D teams to ensure timely product launches. Notable achievements include leading the first Innovation Experience Program in 2019 and receiving various awards for contributions to projects, including the best contribution project award in 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Quanta Computer Inc. and as a Senior BIOS Engineer at USI Electronics. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Tunghai University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Da-Yeh University.
