Walter Chen

Walter Chen's work experience includes serving as the Head of Quality Project Office at 綠創資通 since August 2021, where they are responsible for BU Quality Governance and customer quality leadership. Prior to that, from August 2018 to January 2020, they worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at Everlight Electronics, overseeing global LED manufacturing quality management and customer quality engineering service. From September 2016 to November 2017, they were the Ring Asia Quality Manager at Ring, where they established DQA FW validation and product reliability teams. Walter's previous experience includes working as a Product Quality Manager at Sony Mobile Communications from June 2007 to January 2016, and as a Customer Quality Service Manager at LITE-ON from September 2003 to February 2007, where they also served as the Quality Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt Manager.

Walter Chen earned a Master's degree in Statistics from National Tsing Hua University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
