Wit & Reason is a psychological advisory and training firm supporting leaders, organizations, and creative teams operating under sustained pressure, public visibility, and complex human risk.
We work with executives, producers, founders, HR leaders, legal teams, and organizations responsible for people, outcomes, and reputation in high-stakes environments.
Our work focuses on:
leadership decision-making under pressure
workplace mental health risk and prevention
human behavior in complex systems
communication and judgment when stakes are high
training that prepares teams for real-world conditions, not theory
Wit & Reason is led by Dr. Alexis Moreno, a former child actor and doctorate-trained psychologist, and Alex Honigman, LCSW, therapist and behavioral specialist. Together, they bring clinical, cultural, and production-side expertise to advisory, training, media, and public-facing work.
In addition to organizational services, Wit & Reason offers private online psychotherapy and professional coaching through a separate clinical services division, delivered by licensed clinicians and advanced-degree professionals.
