Rui Cunha

Rui Cunha is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software delivery, security, and support services, currently serving as the Director of Delivery, Security and Support at WIT since September 2016. Cunha leads a business unit responsible for implementing a DevSecOps framework to ensure effective software delivery across projects. Previous roles include Support Service Manager at WIT, where management of technical support operations was a key responsibility, and Head of Production Delivery at HIS - e-Health Innovation Systems. In this latter role, Cunha coordinated the Production Department, managed multiple technical teams, and oversaw requirements analysis and solutions design. Experiences also encompass roles as Product Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Developer, notably contributing to the VITAhisCARE Healthcare Solution. Cunha holds a degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
