Rui Vais

Rui Vais is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior People Specialist at WIT Software since September 2016, Rui specializes in legal compliance, payroll, employee benefits, and workplace safety, while also managing absences, holidays, and HR data reporting. Previously, Rui held the role of HR Generalist and Consultant at Grupo CH, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. As President and Recruitment Manager at JuniRHumo, Rui designed and executed recruitment processes. Additionally, Rui has contributed to student representation and support roles at the University of Coimbra and various associations. Academically, Rui holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Studies, both from the University of Coimbra.
