Coby Leuschke has a diverse and extensive work experience. Coby currently holds the position of Product Lead at WitFoo since August 2022 and also works as a Software Developer for the same company since January 2021. In 2019, Coby was the Owner of Complete 360 Studio. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2018, they founded and served as the President of Rocketship Systems Inc., where they managed a small team, three brands, and multiple partnerships, and designed and delivered custom Unmanned Ground Vehicles and small Unmanned Aircraft Systems to government and commercial clients. From 2008 to 2015, Coby founded and managed Metanomy Inc., a nonprofit company that provided field research and analysis of technology tools and services for environmental and social advancement. Additionally, from 2002 to 2012, they founded and ran CG Leuschke LLC, offering creative and technical consulting to government and commercial clients. Coby Leuschke's earlier work experience includes serving in various roles with the US Marine Corps from 1992 to 2012, where they led and trained hundreds of Marines, held the position of CH-46 pilot, and had multiple qualifications including Air Mission Commander.

Coby attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aircraft Engineering Technology.

In 2020, Coby participated in Code Platoon, where they studied Full Stack Software Development. Although no specific degree was mentioned, it can be assumed that Coby completed a program or course in this field.
