Reese Zomar

Reese Zomar has over 30 years of work experience. From 1991 to 2007, they worked as a Naval Officer for the US Navy, where they served as an Information Professional Officer. In 2007, they joined Cisco Systems as a Business Development Manager, and in 2008 they moved to the Department of Treasury as a Technical Advisor for Cyber Security. In 2017, they became the Chief Security Officer at WitFoo, where they were responsible for all aspects of physical and logical services and security. In 2018, they joined Cisco again as a Client Services Manager and U.S. Pacific Fleet as a Deputy Chief Information Officer. In 2021, they rejoined WitFoo as an Area Channel Manager.

Reese Zomar obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Eng & Applied Math from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1986 and 1991. Reese then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1991 and 1992. In October 2011, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
