Adi Perry

Adi Perry is the Co-Founder and CEO of with, an all-in-one no-code operating system that transforms how local governments manage and involve in helping their communities thrive. This white-label vertical SaaS OS is tailored to enable local government departments to efficiently manage their communities and increase citizen and stakeholder participation, promoting well-being, community resilience, and creating new revenue streams.

Prior to founding with, Adi was also the Co-founder and COO of with's solution, which aimed at enabling local governments to create a platform for all local communities. Adi believes in understanding the science behind group segmentation and interaction to promote meaningful connections, increase collective impact, and offer new business models.

Before their work with with, Adi co-founded inGroups in 2017 and was a Co-founder of Homulla in 2015. Homulla was a marketplace for senior citizen services in the neighborhood.

In addition, Adi served as the CSO & COO of Feed Center Peri Ishay, where they successfully turned a one-man show family business into a sustainable company. They built operational capabilities, re-organized distribution channels, developed a new pricing system, established sales controlling and monitoring mechanisms, and acted as the company's customer success.

Adi also co-founded Sunergy Fund, a financial venture aimed at the Israeli solar market. They were responsible for building and presenting project business models, identifying market opportunities, and assisting foreign investors in understanding and operating in the Israeli renewable energy market.

Earlier in their career, Adi worked as an Articled Clerk at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, an Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance, a TA for Corporate Finance class at Bar Ilan University, and a Business Analyst at Docor International Management Ltd.

Adi's professional journey began as a Paratroops Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2001 to 2003.

Adi Perry has a comprehensive education history spanning from 1993 to 2011. In 1993, they attended Eshel Hanasi, where they obtained a Matriculation Certificate in Political Science and Economy in 1998. Later, from 2005 to 2009, Adi Perry enrolled at Reichman University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A) and Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). In 2009, they continued their education at Reichman University and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law. Additionally, during the same year, Adi Perry attended the Certified Public Accountant Association, where they acquired a CPA accreditation in Accounting and Finance, finishing in 2010.
