Currently, they serve as the Head of Events at Pageant Media, overseeing a portfolio of more than 200 international events annually, including awards, conferences, and workshops. Previously, Beth held roles as Event Manager and Event and Marketing Assistant at With Intelligence and Idea Concept, respectively, where they developed marketing strategies and managed high-profile events. They began their career with an internship at Bora Aksu Studio, contributing to the organization of London Fashion Week.
