Ciera Tan

Ciera Tan is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in managing HR operations across multiple international offices, including Singapore, Cebu, Hong Kong, the UK, and the US. Currently employed at With Intelligence since May 2020, Ciera focuses on performance review processes, payroll management, and the implementation of HR policies and systems. Ciera's tenure at Eurekahedge, beginning in October 2011, included establishing the Cebu office, directing hiring and onboarding, ensuring HR compliance, and coordinating corporate events in the APAC and European regions. Ciera holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
