Phil O'Toole is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and accounting. Phil then served as Group Accountant at IMD PLC from 2006 to 2008 and has held the position of CFO at With Intelligence since 2008. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Newcastle University between 1997 and 2000.
