Gary Besterfield is an experienced service manager and leader in the health and social care sector. They held the position of Regional HCV Lead for the North East at CGL in 2018 and later served as the Service Manager at Addaction from 2018 to 2022, where they managed contract delivery and oversaw a team of over 30 staff. Currently, they are the Head of Service Delivery at WithYou, responsible for the STRIDE partnership in Darlington, and previously worked as Contracts Manager, focusing on exceptional contract delivery and business development. Gary earned a BSc in Biological Anthropology from Durham University in 2003.
