Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Laboratory at Witham Health Services, Cindy has also held significant roles across various organizations, including Clinical Trials Consultant and Director of Laboratory Operations at Precision For Medicine. Cindy possesses a strong background in project management, quality management, and process excellence, and has contributed to the globalization and harmonization of laboratory services. With an educational foundation that includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Cindy continues to enhance leadership skills through a graduate program in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.
