Joy Saulmon has extensive experience in various administrative and support roles. Currently serving as a Medical Office Receptionist at Witham Health Services since September 2019, Joy is responsible for patient check-in/out, chart preparation, and managing calls while utilizing ECW software. Prior to this, Joy worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Hatchette Book Group and held the position of Office Manager at Herff Jones, where responsibilities included supporting Account Managers, managing office supplies, resolving customer issues, and handling communications for clients across North America. Joy's career began in childcare as a Teacher/Caregiver at Guardian Angel Day Care, providing care and educational activities for young children. Joy holds an Associate's degree in Human Services from Ivy Tech Community College, earned between 1987 and 1990.
