Tim Way

Tim Way is an engineering executive currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Cherry, where they build world-class engineering teams and solutions. Previously, they held multiple roles at Lyft, including Senior Engineering Manager, where they led an 80-person cross-functional team and founded the Rider Intelligence team, significantly enhancing machine learning personalization and driving substantial business growth. Tim has also contributed to the field through various engineering positions and internships, including at Kamcord and WillowTree Apps®. They earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
