Stu Little

Stu Little is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate investments and asset management, currently serving in the Investments division at withco since September 2021. Prior to this role, Stu was the Regional Director for New York at Rubenstein Partners, focusing on value-add and development real estate investments from April 2020 to September 2021. Experience also includes an associate position at H/2 Capital Partners, where Stu specialized in opportunistic real estate investments from July 2017 to April 2020. Stu Little holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, earned between 2013 and 2017.
