Having held positions such as Chief Administrative Officer at Count and Vice President of Corporate Development at Lincoln Financial Group, Blair specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, and executive coaching. They serve as an independent consultant and C-Level advisor through Blair Johnson Consulting, providing advisory services across various industries. Blair has also contributed to academia as a Faculty Director and Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University. Currently, they are pursuing a B.S. in Finance at The University of Connecticut and an MBA in International Business at The Johns Hopkins University.
