Winnie Zhao

Winnie Zhao, CPACC, is a Full Stack Developer and Accessibility Specialist at Withe since 2023, where responsibilities include developing accessible features and leading accessibility initiatives. Previously, Winnie worked as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at SMILE Canada, focusing on educating caregivers of children with disabilities, and at The HIVE Paediatric Clinic, where Winnie implemented projects to improve inclusion and accessibility. Additional experience includes roles at ErinoakKids Centre, The Communication Clinic, and Ellen Yack and Associates, where collaboration and mentorship were key components. Winnie Zhao holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University, alongside training in Full-Stack Web Development from Le Wagon.
