Jack Lim

Jack Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jack has worked as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Within Earth Holidays since July 2022, where they focus on accelerating the organization's growth and engaging in strategic projects. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at the same company from December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for strategic financial planning and management, driving the group's success, and reviewing commercial agreements.

Prior to their role at Within Earth Holidays, Jack was the Chief Executive Officer at KST Solutions Sdn Bhd from March 2014 to December 2019. During this time, they led a consulting business for the energy-related industry and served clients including Fortune 500 and public listed companies in Hong Kong.

Before that, Jack worked as a Strategic Advisor at AMZ Management Services from May 2010 to November 2015, providing consulting services on corporate matters, business strategy, and change management. Jack also worked as a Financial Controller at Pembangunan Pelancongan Nasional from July 2001 to March 2010, overseeing marketing and serving as the secretariat of Shopping Malaysia.

Additionally, Jack has held positions such as Finance & Admin Manager at Asian Overland Service Tour And Travel from December 1999 to July 2001, Accountant at Fu Chen (M) Sdn Bhd from March 1998 to December 1999, and Auditor at Ling Kam Hoong & Co from June 1996 to March 1998.

Jack Lim obtained a Master's degree equivalent from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA) degree from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Jack also holds certifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in CGMA, CMA, and ACMA.
