Alicja Topor

Alicja Topor is a skilled UX Designer and Researcher with extensive experience in the IT industry, currently working at intent since October 2014. In addition to their primary role, Alicja served as HR Manager and has also contributed as a UX Design & Research Mentor at Dare IT from December 2020 to April 2021, where the focus was on supporting women's careers in IT through mentorship and professional development. Prior roles include IT Researcher at G-Force Recruitment Solutions and an Internship at Akademia IT sp. z o.o. Alicja holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2014.
