Dorian B. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and creative direction. As the Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at Joy since April 2014, Dorian B. has been instrumental in shaping innovative design concepts. Previously at Microsoft from June 2008 to April 2014, Dorian B. held various senior roles, including Creative Director and Senior User Experience Designer, significantly contributing to the design of Windows Phone and Microsoft Azure. Earlier positions include Director of Design & User Experience at Coregenic and Creative Director at Zippi.com, among others. Dorian B. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design from the Art Institute of California and has completed Y Combinator's program.
