Rider is a fast-growing, market-leading e-commerce logistics startup in Pakistan. We help online businesses deliver their products to their end-customers.

From humble beginnings in 2019, we now work with over 450 shippers (including some of the top online sellers in Pakistan) across 60 locations nationwide…and growing!

Unlike many market players, we have built strong 'technology meets ground operations' solutions, giving us one of the fastest delivery times and highest delivery success rates in Pakistan.

Our mission is simple - to make shipping as easy as possible for our merchants, and to empower end-customers who demand increasing control over their delivery experience.

We offer a range of merchant services, from same-day and next-day delivery options to nationwide warehouse movement and fulfillment, working closely with our merchants to develop new and innovative services that meet their changing needs.

Our plug-and-play shipping portal connects easily with any online store, giving our merchants frictionless and quick pick-up options, with full flexibility and visibility on the movement of their products.

Through our customer app, we provide live tracking with end-to-end visibility and flexibility to change delivery locations, dates and times.

Finally, our live reconciliation allows us to deliver shippers’ payments within 24 hours, solving a major market pain point for e-commerce.
