Ciaran Martin

Ciaran Martin serves as a Professor of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, since September 2020. Additionally, Ciaran holds multiple prominent positions, including Global Advisory Board Member and UK Chair at CyberCX, President of the CISO Network EMEA at the SANS Institute, and Managing Director & Strategic Advisory Group member at Paladin Capital Group. Ciaran also fulfills roles as a Non-Executive Director at WithSecure, an Advisory Board Member at Red Sift, and an Advisory Board Member at Garrison. Ciaran previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Cyber Security Centre from December 2013 to August 2020.
