Damian Graczyk

Damian Graczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Damian is currently working at WithSecure as the Lead Software Engineer. Prior to that, they have held positions such as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Damian also has experience working at Software Development Academy, where they served as the Main Substantive Coordinator of Frontend and also took on roles such as Scrum Trainer and IT Trainer. Damian was also the owner of their own company, HybrIT Damian Graczyk. Damian has worked at F-Secure Corporation as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master, and Software Engineer. Damian has also worked at Transition Technologies S.A. as a Web Developer and Software Development Academy as an Angular Trainer. Earlier in their career, Damian worked as a Java Developer at FPSYSTEM.

Damian Graczyk completed their education at Politechnika Koszalińska. Damian obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2016, followed by a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS), Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I), Phishing Detection, and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).
