James Chang

James Chang is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in engineering and support roles. Currently serving as a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer at WithSecure since June 2018, James has developed advanced problem-solving and technical skills. Previous positions include Field Services Engineer at DDS IT from August 2014 to May 2018, Technical Analyst at Hewlett-Packard between November 2011 and August 2014, and Application Engineer at ebm-papst A&NZ from July 2010 to August 2011. James began a career as an Intern Engineer at Beca in late 2008. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Auckland University of Technology.
