Jussi Wäre

Jussi Wäre has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Jussi is currently the Vice President APAC & Japan Cloud Protection at WithSecure since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Anodot as the Regional Director APAC in 2021 and as the Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand from January 2021 to September 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Nokia Software, Oceania at Nokia. Before that, they held positions at Comptel as the Vice President Australia and New Zealand & Alliances APAC from 2013 to 2017, and as the Vice President of Australia and New Zealand Sales from 2011 to 2012. Jussi also worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as the Head of Sales for Mobile Network Systems and Core Networks in North America, and as the Vice President of Global 2G Sales from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, they were the Sales Director for North West Europe at Nokia Networks from 2000 to 2002 and held various sales and managerial roles at Nokia from 1992 to 2000, including Head of Sales for Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Jussi Wäre completed their undergraduate education at Helsingin II Normaalikoulu from 1981 to 1983. Jussi then pursued a MSc Eng degree in Telecommunications and International Business at Helsinki University of Technology - Teknillinen Korkeakoulu from 1987 to 1992.
