Before that, they worked at Compaq as a Business Manager for enterprise mobile solutions and a Global Account Manager.

Lasse Gerdt obtained a M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from Aalto University between the years 1993 and 1999. Later, in 2003 and 2004, they pursued studies in Organizational Leadership and People Management at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, although no degree was mentioned.
