Laura Goldsmith

Laura Goldsmith is an experienced professional in customer insights and service design, currently serving as a Service Designer & Customer Insights Specialist/Analyst at WithSecure since January 2022. In this role, Laura leads end-to-end feedback processes, manages research projects, and develops customer and partner experience surveys, delivering data-driven insights to enhance stakeholder value. Previously, Laura held positions in people and business development at Eezy Flow, payroll administration at VMP Group, and research coordination at Employee Experience Agency Emine Oy Ltd.
