Rafal Urbanski

Rafal Urbanski serves as the Director of Co-Security Services and Vice President of Protect, Detect & Respond at WithSecure since January 2022, leading strategic and operational initiatives for a business unit comprising 80 developers and architects focused on security software for the "Elements" ecosystem. Previously, Rafal held the position of R&D Director at F-Secure Polska from 2018 to 2022, managing approximately 70 personnel in delivering software solutions for vulnerability management and endpoint protection. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GSK from 2006 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing global strategies for application provisioning, IT project management, and service delivery across multiple regions. Rafal's educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Adam Mickiewicz University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management obtained through partnerships involving Georgia State University.
