They are a former Partner at McKinsey and co-leader of its TMT practice, where their work emphasized growth and transformation in tech businesses across Europe, the US, and Asia. With 18 years of experience in M&A and digital strategy, Tom previously worked as an IT Consultant and Project Manager at DXC Technology, focusing on large-scale data and AI implementations in various sectors. They hold an M.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from Ghent University, Belgium, and have been a member of the Supervisory Board at ADMbelgium.
