Julia Psitos

Julia Psitos serves as the SVP of People & Programs at Alfred and previously held the position of VP of People & Talent within the same organization. As the Founder of LinkUp, an AI-driven platform aimed at enhancing alumni and career communities for educational institutions, Julia combines expertise in career coaching and community building. Additionally, Julia is involved with multiple organizations, including serving as a Founding 50 Member at Fabrik and an Advisor at Salley and Dextego. Julia is also a Founding Mentor at Her Workplace, focusing on empowering the next generation of women and non-binary leaders, and a Member Expert at Twill, facilitating job connections. Previous experience includes serving as the Founding Coach at Coachspace and Director of People at Pagaya. Julia holds both a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Spanish from Hood College.
