Specializing in complex audit engagements, Jay advises private equity clients and their portfolio management teams, creating value throughout the investment life cycle. Jay has led Withum’s SPAC practice, resulting in over 350 IPOs and $120 billion in raised proceeds. A graduate of the University of Scranton with a BS in accounting, Jay is also recognized for their contributions to the industry with awards including the NJBIZ 2015 Forty Under 40 and the 2016 M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Awards.
