Marcus Dyer

Marcus Dyer, Esq., CPA, is a Principal and co-leader of Tax Controversy at WithumSmith+Brown, where they handle all aspects of federal and state tax controversies. With over 15 years of experience, Marcus previously served as Corporate Counsel/Tax Manager at BMEZ Inc, advising on various tax matters and defending clients in tax controversies. They also have a background as an Associate at Morris, James, Hitchens & Williams LLP and as Fiscal Note Coordinator for the Legislative Budget Board. Currently, Marcus is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at The University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, and a Juris Doctor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
